1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you — the user — and 722bet, a Sports Betting and online entertainment platform accessible at 722bet.click. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the provisions described herein.

The 722bet reserves the right to update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated in advance by email or in-platform notification. Continued use after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must close your account before the new terms take effect.

These terms are written in Brazilian Portuguese and shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable Brazilian law. In the event of a conflict between a translated version and the Portuguese version, the Portuguese version prevails.

2. Eligibility

To create and use an account on 722bet, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF.
• Not be enrolled in any gambling self-exclusion program — whether through 722bet or any other recognized mechanism.
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of an employee or partner of 722bet or any affiliated company involved in the operation of the platform.
• Have full legal capacity under the Brazilian Civil Code.

The 722bet runs an eligibility check at the time of registration and may request supporting documents at any time. Platform access may be suspended immediately if non-compliance is suspected.

3. Registration & Account

Each user may hold one active account only on 722bet. Duplicate accounts will be automatically detected by the system and may be closed without prior notice, with forfeiture of bonus balances and any winnings obtained from them.

At registration, you must provide accurate and complete information: your full legal name as it appears on an official ID, CPF, date of birth, address, and a valid email address. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date. 722bet is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated information provided by the user.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00. Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix, in the account holder's name, to a previously registered and verified Pix key. The average processing time is 30 seconds after the request is approved, available 24 hours a day.

For withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00, full KYC verification is required before processing. For first-time withdrawals or recent changes to banking details, additional identity confirmation may be requested.

Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real balance — resulting from deposits and winnings after rollover requirements have been met — is eligible for withdrawal. 722bet does not charge fees on Pix withdrawals. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

The 722bet offers different types of promotions: welcome bonus, weekly cashback, poker freerolls, and boosted odds on selected events. Each promotion has its own specific conditions, always described on the offer page. The general rules that apply to all promotions are:

• The welcome bonus is 100% on the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. The minimum rollover to release the bonus balance is 5x the deposit amount plus bonus, with a deadline of 7 calendar days from the date of the first deposit.
• The cashback on Sports Betting is calculated automatically every Monday based on the previous week's net betting volume. The percentage varies by sport: 10% for football and 15% for MMA. The cashback balance is valid for 7 days and has a 1x rollover.

7. General Betting Rules

The odds published on 722bet reflect the estimated probability of outcomes with a built-in commercial margin. Odds may change at any time before an event begins — the valid odd is the one available at the moment the bet was confirmed by the system.

The minimum bet is R$ 2.00 per selection. The maximum bet varies by sport, event, and market, and may be adjusted by the platform based on risk analysis. For accumulators, the maximum return per ticket is R$ 500,000.00.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed by the user after system confirmation.
• In the event of a technical failure resulting in incorrect or unviable odds, 722bet reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amounts.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event — even for technical reasons or data delays — will be voided and stakes returned.
• Accumulators containing one or more voided selections are recalculated as if those selections were never part of the original bet slip.

8. Live Betting

Live betting on 722bet are processed in real time during football, MMA, volleyball, basketball, tennis, e-sports, and other sports covered by the platform. Odds are updated continuously and may change quickly between the moment you select and the moment you confirm your bet.

During live events, the platform may temporarily suspend betting during high-volatility moments — such as goals, player injuries, broadcast technical issues, or other unpredictable occurrences. Bets placed during a suspension period may be refused or voided without specific notice.

The 722bet is not responsible for discrepancies between the score displayed on the platform and the actual event score caused by third-party data delays. The official score and result used to settle bets are always those recorded by the event's organizing body.

9. Event Cancellation and Postponement

If an event is cancelled before the event starts, all related bets are voided and the staked amounts are returned to the user's real account balance within 24 hours.

If an event is postponed, bets remain valid as long as the event takes place within 48 hours after the original scheduled time. Postponements exceeding 48 hours will result in bet cancellation and a full refund of stakes.

For football events interrupted after 90 regulation minutes, final result markets are settled based on the score at the time of interruption. For events interrupted before 90 minutes, bets are voided unless a specific rule is stated for that market. Sport-specific rules — such as sets in tennis or rounds in MMA — follow the definitions for each discipline available in the platform's help center.

10. Misuse, Fraud, and Prohibited Activities

The 722bet continuously monitors platform activity to detect patterns indicating misuse, bonus abuse, bet arbitrage, match manipulation, or any form of fraud. The following practices are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating or using multiple accounts with the same CPF or to improperly accumulate bonuses.
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software to interact with the platform.
• Coordinating with other users to exploit promotions collectively (bonus hunting or gnoming).
• Bets that constitute systematic arbitrage or exploitation of odds errors.
